Job Summary

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this remote role, you'll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and exceeding sales targets. You'll work collaboratively with internal teams to understand client needs and craft compelling solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads to identify potential new business opportunities.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and understand their specific business challenges.
  • Present Wipro's solutions effectively, highlighting the value proposition and competitive advantage.
  • Negotiate and close deals in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as pre-sales and delivery to ensure successful client engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience (freshers with strong academic performance will also be considered).
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A passion for technology and a strong desire to learn new things.

Experience:
